- The First Deadly Sin (1980) [Daniel Blank] Shot in the head by Frank Sinatra.
- Deadly Intent (1988) [Myron Weston]: Shot in the chest by Maud Adams.
- See You in the Morning (1989) [Peter Goodwin]: Commits suicide.
- Tick Tock (A Friendship to Die For) (2000) [Holden Avery]: Beaten to death with an elephant tusk sculpture by the naked Kristin Minter in his office. His body is shown again when Linden Ashby discovers him and dumps his body in the woods, then again when Kristin and Megan Ward recover the body and put him in the trunk of their car.

- She Woke Up (1992; TV Movie) [Sloane Parr]: Shot by Lindsay Wagner.
- Last Stand at Saber River(1997 TV) [Edward Janroe]: Shot in the chest by Keith Carradine with a shotgun causing him to fall in his cart while trying to shoot Tom Selleck, after kidnapping Tom's daughter Rachel Duncan.
- Sliders: Roads Taken (1999) [Thomas Michael Mallory]: Ceases to exist when Kari Wuhrer and Jerry O'Connell are healed and his bubble universe collapses.
- Stephen King's Rose Red (2002 TV mini-series) [Professor Carl Miller]: Dies of a heart attack. (The mini series was in production during David's real life death in 2000.)
