Medium: Knowing Her (2006) [Detective Lee Scanlon]: Eyes gouged out by Lauren Velez in Patricia Arquette's psychic vision; he survives the episode in reality. (Thanks to Marjorie)
Medium: Be King, Rewind (2006) [Detective Lee Scanlon]: Shot in the chest by a gunman in a restaurant in Patricia Arquette's psychic vision; again, he survives the episode in reality. (Thanks to Marjorie)
10.5: Apocalypse (2006) [Dr. Jordan Fisher]: Killed in an explosion when a top of the hoover dam breaks off and hits his helicopter (due to a massive overflowing).
Bond of Silence (2010; TV) [Bob McIntosh]: Kicked repeatedly in the head by Charlie McDermott. (Thanks to Marjorie)
Bates Motel: First You Dream, Then You Die (2013) [Sam Bates]: Bludgeoned to death by Freddie Highmore with a blender to protect Vera Farmiga from being abused by him. Later his lifeless body is shown at the start of the series when Freddie found him crushed underneath a shelf in their garage. This series appeared as the ghost in the flashback scenes of Episode 6 of the fourth season, The Vault.
Van Helsing: Little Thing (2016) [John]: Hit in the neck with a knife thrown by Kelly Overton to protect Hilary Jardine (also believing that David had killed Avery Konrad and Kirk Caouette).

Once Upon a Time: Murder Most Foul (2016) [Robert]: Stabbed in the stomach by Colin O'Donoghue.
Supernatural: The Scorpion and the King (2017) [Barthamus]: Burns to death after Christie Burke ignited his human bones causing him to burn along with the ash.
Joe Pickett: The Most Hated Man in Twelve Step (2022) [Jerry]: Neck snapped by Mustafa Speaks.
