- Cold Case: Creatures of the Night (2005) [Dennis Hargrove]: Dies of unspecified causes some time before the episode begins. He's seen in a flashback scene from 1977, while his death is confirmed with a conversation between Thom Barry, Jeremy Ratchford, and Kat Sawyer-Young.
- CSI: NY: The Party's Over (2009) [Dep. Mayor Stuart Kaplan]: Accidentally strangled by his son (Skyler Gisondo) while Skyler tries to get a game piece back.
