Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters: An Unexpected Enemy (2004; anime) [Maximillion Pegasus]: Died as a result of his soul being stolen through the Seal of Orichalcos after being beaten by Mai (Erica Schroeder) in a duel. He is brought back to life (off-screen) in the episode, Rise of the Great Beast - Part 2, shortly after the Great Leviathan was destroyed.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Rogue in the House Part 1 (2004; animated) [Master Splinter/Robot Splinter]: "Robot Splinter" is destroyed by Zog (David Zen Mansley), the real Splinter lives.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Darkness Within (2005; animated) [Master Splinter]: Crushed to death by the Necro Monster's (Sean Schemmel) tentacles and impaled by Leonardo (Michael Sinterniklaas), in two different illusions created by the Necro Monster.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Reality Check (2005; animated) [Silver/Master Splinter]: "Silver" perishes when his lair explodes. Splinter lives!
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Same As It Never Was (2005; animated) [Future Splinter/Splinter]: "Future Splinter" died sometime before the events of the events of the episode. The real Splinter lives!
