Death Wish 4: The Crackdown (1987) [Zacharias' Man]: Shot to death in the oil field massacre.
Ironclad: Battle for Blood (2014) [Mr. Smith]: Has his fingers cut off, and is sliced and stabbed in the stomach with a sword by Predrag Bjelac, leaving him mortally wounded, but able to get away. Danny is finally killed when he rejoins the battle, and is struck in the back of the head with a giant war hammer by Radoje Jelic, while his allies look on in horror.
National Theatre Live: King Lear (2018) [Gloucester]: Dies of shock off screen, when his heart gives out upon being told of his son (Luke Thompson)'s recent misfortunes. Luke later informs his brother (James Corrigan) of their father's death. He had previously had his eyes torn out by Daniel Rabin and Kirsty Bushell, which contributed towards his death.
Never Grow Old (2019) [Preacher Pike]: Shot in the face with a revolver by John Cusack, after Danny burns down a bar full of people, in an attempt to get the sin out of his town. Danny dies in the arms of his wife (Antonia Campbell-Hughes), while Tim Ahern looks on in horror.

Doctor Who: The Satan Pit (2006) [Officer John Maynard Jefferson]: Dies from lack of oxygen (off-screen) while trapped in a ventilation tunnel after the vault is sealed. We learn of his death when Sean Parks sees his life signs go out on the scanner. His body is never shown.
Midsomer Murders: Dance with the Dead (2006) [Tony Kirby]: Stabbed in the back with a kitchen knife by Nicola Redmond.
Endeavour: Exeunt (2023) [DI Arthur Lott]: Killed (off-screen) by a gang of bikers in revenge for Danny having killed one of their members; we last see him as the bikers surround him.

NSFW (2015) [Griffin Edwards]: Beaten and stabbed in the eye with camera stick by Karl Davies.
