- Primeval: New World (2012 series) [Mac Rendell / alternate timeline Mac Rendell]: Playing a dual role, the "alternate timeline" Danny is fatally injured while saving Niall Matter from an Albertosaurus; he succumbs to his injuries and dies while talking to Niall. ("Present day" Danny survives the episode.) (It's not shown who rescues Niall until the episode Truth.)
