Film Deaths[]

Red Dwarf: The Inquisitor (1992) [The Cat]: Vaporized with an energy gauntlet by Jack Docherty while trying to delay him from pursuing Craig Charles and Robert Llewellyn. Later brought back when Craig tricks the Inquisitor into erasing himself from history, erasing everything he had done during the course of the episode.

Red Dwarf: Demons And Angels (1992) [The Cat]: Playing both the Cat and his "High" and "Low" selves, his "High" Cat is killed when he and Robert Lewellyn stop to examine a grenade thrown at them by the Lows, neither of them recognizing it before it explodes in Robert's hand (played for laughs); his body is later seen being eaten by the Low Cat. Meanwhile, the "Low" Cat is killed along with the rest of the Low Crew when the Low Red Dwarf ceases to exist at the end of the episode.

Red Dwarf: Out Of Time (1993) [The Cat]: Playing both the Cat and his future self, the present Cat is killed in an explosion caused by the future Chris Barrie 's attack on the crew - presumably erasing the Cat's future self from history in the process. However, this death is undone by the end of the episode.
