- Insidious: Chapter 2 (2013) [Mother of Parker Crane]: Bludgeoned by Lin Shaye repeatedly with a rocking horse and kills her as she and the memories of her son(Tyler Grifin) has of defeating her for the last time.
- Curse of Chucky (2013) [Barb Pierce]: Stabbed in the eye with a kitchen knife by Chucky (Brad Dourif) in the attic; she dies after falling down the stairs as Fiona Dourif looks on in horror.

- Charmed: Sword and the City (2003) [Lady of the Lake]: Impaled in the back when Mark Aiken threw a sword at her when she threw the Excalibur Sword.
- CSI: Dead Air (2013) [Theresa Shea]: Stabbed to death during a blackout by Daniel Roebuck. Her body is shown when the power comes on and when the CSIs arrive, and her death is shown in a flashback later on.
