- X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) [David North a.k.a. Agent Zero]: Blown up in an explosion after Hugh Jackman uses his claws to create a spark and ignite the leaking fuel from Daniel's crashed helicopter.
- Big Hero 6 (2014; animated) [Tadashi Hamada]: Blown up in an explosion/burned to death as his brother Hiro (Ryan Potter) looks on helplessly (in a fire presumably started by Callaghan (James Cromwell) so he can steal Hiro's micro-bots). He is mention throughout the film, he briefly returns in a Video Recording and is also mention, seen in Video Recordings in Big Hero 6: The Series.
