- Sleepwalkers (1992) [Deputy Andy Simpson]: Shot in the stomach with his own gun by Brian Krause in a cemetery, after Dan shoots Brian (to no effect) while Brian is trying to kill Madchen Amick (on top of having been stabbed in the ear with a pencil).
- Beverly Hills Cop III (1994) [Cooper]: Crushed to death when a platform from a theme park ride slams on top of him while he is shooting at Eddie Murphy.
- Leprechaun In The Hood (2000) [Jackie Dee]: Slammed 7 times against a car by a spectral woman.
- Crocodile 2: Death Swamp (2002) [Pilot]: Eaten and mauled by a crocodile in front of the rest of the survivors.
- Breathe (2024) [Mike]: Runs out of air when he falls through a floorboard and his oxygen mask slips off. Common finds him but is unable to revive him in time.
Television Deaths[]
- The Stand (1994) [Rich Moffat]: Killed in an explosion (along with everybody else in Las Vegas, Nevada) when the hand of God detonates the nuclear bomb that Matt Frewer had brought into the city. We see the explosion in the distance as Bill Fagerbakke and Gary Sinise watch from the desert
