- The Toxic Avenger (1984) [Boy on Bicycle]: Skull crushed when Gary Schneider deliberately runs over his head, as D.J. is crawling on the ground after Gary first hits D.J.'s bicycle with his car. (The special-effect was achieved by putting a wig on a canteloupe and running over it.) Jennifer Babtist and Cindy Manion then take photographs of D.J.'s body for their own amusement.
