• Gantz: O (2017; animated) [Anzu Yamasaki]: Cut in half by the Demon Nurari (Jamieson Price) with his eye lasers. Brought back to life by Masaru Kato (Kaiji Tang) after he kills Nurari.
• Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle (2018: animated) [Yuko Tani]: Nearly assimlated by the nanometal, but in Godzilla: The Planet Eater its revealed she's not dead, but comatose.
• Godzilla: The Planet Eater (2018: animated) [Yuko Tani]: Her comatose body is destroyed along with Haruo Sakaki (voiced by Chris Niosi) by Godzilla's atomic breath, while flying the Vulture.

Television Deaths

• Sailor Moon: The Sailor Senshi Die! The Tragic Final Battle! (2014; anime) [Rei Hino/Sailor Mars]: Commits suicide with her Fire Soul attack, taking the last remaining DD Girl with her. Revived at the end of the next episode alongside the rest of the Sailor Senshi, albeit with amnesia.
• Seven Deadly Sins: Despair Descends (2015; anime) [Hawk]: Frozen to death by Hendrickson (Kaiji Tang) with his Dead End attack, originally intended for Meliodas (Bryce Papenbrook). Revived in the next episode, albeit much smaller than before.
• One Punch Man: The Lone Cyborg (2016; anime) [Mosquito Girl]: Swatted in a single slap by Saitama (Max Mittelman). Note: This was an English dub of a scene in which Miyuki Sawashiro played Mosquito Girl.
• Devilman Crybaby: Go to Hell, You Mortals (2018; anime) [Miki Makimura/Tako]: Miki is shot up by mobsters and stabbed in the back. Her body was later torn apart and pieces of it, including her head, were strewn on spikes in front of a horrified Akira (Griffin Burns). Tako survives the episode.
• Devilman Crybaby: Crybaby (2018; anime) [Tako]: Cut in half with an energy blast by Ryo (Kyle McCarley).
• Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans: Natural For A Human (2018; anime) [Lafter Frankland]: Shot dead by a Teiwaz hitman on the orders of Jasley (D.C. Douglas).
• Sailor Moon Sailor Stars: Countdown to Destruction! The Sailor Guardians' Last Battle (2019; anime) [Rei Hino/Sailor Mars]: Killed alongside Ami/Sailor Mercury (Kate Higgins), Makoto/Sailor Jupiter (Amanda Céline Miller) and Minako/Sailor Venus (Cherami Leigh) when Sailor Galaxia (Carrie Keranen) takes away their Star Seeds. Dies in the arms of Usagi/Eternal Sailor Moon (Stephanie Sheh). Brought back to life in the final episode, Usagi's Love! The Moonlight Illuminates the Galaxy, after Usagi, as Princess Serenity, purifies Sailor Galaxia of Chaos.
• Re:Zero: Love Me Down to My Blood and Guts (2021; anime) [Elsa Granhiert]: Crushed to death underneath a piece of rubble thrown at her by Garfiel (Zeno Robinson).

Video Game Deaths

• Friday the 13th: The Game (2017) [Deborah Kim]: Killed by Kane Hodder in various ways if the player controlling Cristina is defeated by the player controlling Kane; she survives the game otherwise.
• Evil Dead: The Game (2022) [Deadite Berserker/Demi-Eligos]: Playing two different enemy variants, she can be killed multiple times in a variety of ways by the player controlled survivors.
