- Palm Springs (2020) [Sarah]: Given the time loop nature of the story, Cristin dies several times both on screen and off, but ends up waking up with the day starting over. Seen deaths include intentionally driving a car with Andy Samberg into a truck, a plane crash with Samberg, throwing herself in front of the truck and several others. (Played for Comedic Effect)

- How I Met Your Mother: Last Forever (2014) [Tracy Mosby] Dies (off-screen) of an unspecified terminal illness six years prior to the very end of the episode (and series); her death is indicated via narration by Josh Radnor. (An alternative ending on the Season 9 DVD box set created due to fan outrage indicates via narration that she survived)
- Fargo: The Crocodile's Dilemma (2014) [Betsy Solverson]: Though she doesn't appear in this episode, it is established that she died of complications from cancer (off-screen) sometime after the episode Palindrome and between the 1979 and 2006 storylines.
- The Penguin: Cent'anni (2024) [Sofia Falcone/Hangman]: In a dream sequence, Cristin sees herself in the place of her mother (Jenny Heaton), who had committed suicide by hanging. Cristin is shown hanging for a brief moment before Cristin wakes up from the nightmare.
