Film Deaths[]

  • Atlantis: The Lost Empire (2001; animated) [Kida's Mother/Kida]: Kida's Mother was taken and bonded to the crystal to save all of Atlantis at the cost of her life, and became one with it. Kida also bonds with it when she called upon by the crystal. when Michael J. Fox frees her from it, saving her from meeting the same fate.
  • Superman: Doomsday (2007; animated) [Mercy Graves]: Shot in the head by Lex Luthor (James Marsters).
  • The Drawn Together Movie: The Movie! (2010; animated) [Foxxy Love]: Dies in an eraser bomb explosion caused by Spanky Ham (voiced by Adam Carolla) by accident. Played for comedic effect.
  • Wild Thing (1987) [Lisa]: Shot multiple times by a mob (along with Shawn Levy)
  • Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation (1986; animated) [Christy]: Is struck by one of Hadley Kay's thunderbolts and dies shortly after. To bring her back to life, Alyson Court, Michael Fantini, and the Care Bear family chant about how they care about her. Hadley Kay, out of remorse, joins in the chant, reviving her.
  • Turok: Son of Stone (2008; animated) [Sepinta]: Shot in the back of the head by Robert Knepper. Her body is burned in a funeral pyre after Adam Beach avenges her death.

Television Deaths[]

  • Drawn Together (2004-2007; animated) [Foxxy Love/Various]: Foxxy has died multiple times along with various one shot characters also voiced by Summer. (A comprehensive list would be almost impossible to compile.)
  • ThunderCats: Legacy (2011; animated) [Panthera]: Voicing someone from the past, died sometime around the past, as she only appears in flashbacks.
  • Young Justice Invasion: Alienated (2012; animated) [Tula aka Aquagirl]: Died during the 5 year gap, she was mentioned by Aqualad (Khary Payton) as he blames his former comrades for letting her die, but Nightwing (Jesse McCartney) tries to tell him that she knew the risk. A hologram of her is shown throughout the series.
  • Beware the Batman: Family (2013; animated) [Dr. Behtanie Ravencroft]: Soul drained by Finola Hughes after using the Soultaker Sword.
  • Voltron: Legendary Defender: The End is the Beginning (2018; animated) [Honerva aka Haggar]: Sacrificed herself along with Kimberly Brooks to restored the realities she destroyed and Altea.
  • The Legend of Vox Machina: Deadly Echoes (2024; animated) [Raishan]: Impaled with several icicles and then has her neck broken with a vine by Keyleth (Marisha Rey); her soul is then transferred into the body of Thordak (Lance Reddick).
  • The Legend of Vox Machina: Souls in Darkness (2024; animated) [Raishan]: Rots away after the curse from her original body is transferred back to her by Keyleth (Marisha Rey).

Video Game Deaths[]

  • Fallout (1997) [Tandi]: Can be killed by the raiders if the player character doesn't protect her, or can be killed by the player character; she survives the game otherwise.
  • Fallout 2 (1998) [First Citizen Joanne Lynette]: Can be killed by the player character, and survives the game otherwise.
  • Final Fantasy X-2 (2003) [Lenne]: Gunned down by enemy soldiers alongside James Arnold Taylor, her spirit ends up possessing her Dresssphere and Hedy Burress, she also appears in flashbacks, until the end of the game, where she reunites with James Arnold Taylor and they leave to go to the Farplane together.
  • Mass Effect (2007) [Macha Doyle]: Shot to death by Mark Meer/Jennifer Hale or their squad if the player chooses not to use the anti-Thorias gas grenades.
  • Batman: Arkham Asylum (2009) [Dr. Penelope Young]: Killed in an explosion when Mark Hamill detonates a bomb hidden in the warden's office.
  • StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty (2010) [Protoss Executor Selendis]: In one possible future where Tricia Helfer is dead, Cree perishes in battle alongside Fred Tatasciore and Patrick Seitz during a playable mission. This possible future is nullified by Robert Clotworthy by the end of the game.
  • Young Justice: Legacy (2013) [Tula aka Aquagirl]: Sacrifices herself to stop the monster, her body was found under debris and later recovered by Yuri Lowenthal and Khary Payton.
