- The Boys in Company C (1978) [PFC Dave Bisbee]: Shot to death by Vic Diaz bodyguards after he killed Diaz thinking he was the reason why the children got killed. (Thanks to L. and Michael)
- Schizoid (1980) [Doug Caffret]: Stabbed in the back by Donna Wilkes with a pair of scissors after fighting Klaus Kinski. Richard Herd, Joe Regalbuto and the police arrive on scene and Klaus hugs Donna and Marianna Hill. (Thanks to SimonekCZ)
- Ghost Story (1981) [Don Wanderley/David Wanderley]: Playing a dual role as twin brothers, "David" falls to his death from his bedroom window, through a glass skylight onto a concrete swimming pool after being frightened by Alice Krige's ghost. - The Sister-in-Law (1995) [Andy Warner]: Killed (off-screen, exact method not revealed) by Kate Vernon in a hotel room. His body is not shown; we only learn about his death when the police inform Shanna Reed.

- Hart to Hart: Hit Jennifer Hart (1979) [Stephen Maxwell]: Shot to death by Edward Grover for his failure to assassinate Stefanie Powers.
- Tales from the Darkside: The Geezenstacks (1986) [Sam Hummel]: Transformed into a doll (along with the rest of his family) by a cursed dollhouse. (Thanks to Andrea)
- Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Hard Time (1996) [Ee'char]: Neck accidentally snapped in a fight with Colm Meaney in a prison cell; the entire incident turns out to be a virtual-reality stimulation, so Craig never actually existed. (Thanks to Neil)
