- The Return of Count Yorga (1971) [Sgt. O'Connor]: Bitten by a female vampire witch (unclear actress) after being separated by a door from the other detective.
- Flesh Gordon (1974) [The Monster]: Providing the voice of a monster (done with stop-motion animation), he is killed in an explosion when he falls from the tower and lands on William Dennis Hunt's ray-gun, causing it to explode.
- Action Jackson (1988) [Peter Dellaplane]: Shot in the chest by Carl Weathers in Craig's mansion, when Craig pulls out his own gun at the end of a fight.
- Turner & Hooch (1989) [Chief Howard Hyde]: Shot in the chest and stomach with his own shotgun by Tom Hanks when Tom grabs the trigger during a struggle (having first been bitten on the ankle by the dog Hooch).
- Gold (2016) [Kenny Wells Sr]: Dies of a heart attack (off camera), we last see him talking too his son (Matthew McConaughey).

- Monk: Mr. Monk and the End, Part 2 (2009) [Judge Ethan Rickover]: Commits suicide by shooting himself in the head (off-camera) in his backyard, after Jason Gray-Stanford, Ted Levine, and Tony Shalhoub discover the body he had buried there.
- Parenthood: May God Bless and Keep You Always (2015) [Zeek Braverman]: Dies of heart failure, with his wife (Bonnie Bedelia) by his side.
