- Straight to Hell (1987) [Velma]: Killed in a car accident, along with her husband, Biff Yeager, when their brakes fail and they go over a cliff. Courtney was pregnant at the time of her death, consequently, her unborn child also died.
- The People vs. Larry Flynt (1996) [Althea Leasure]: Accidentally drowned after passing out in the bathtub (off-screen). Her body is shown afterwards when Woody Harrelson comes to the bathroom and discovers her. (Nudity alert: Full frontal)
- Beat (2000) [Joan Vollmer Burroughs]: Accidentally shot in the head by Kiefer Sutherland while playing 'William Tell' at a party. (See also Judy Davis in Naked Lunch, the more surreal fictionalized version of William Burroughs' life.)

- Menendez: Blood Brothers (2017 TV Movie) [Kitty Menendez]: Shot in a chest from a rifle by her son (Myko Oliver) when started revenge with Myko and her other son (Nico Tortorella). She appears as a spirit for the rest of the TV movie.
