Hamburger Hill (1987) [Abraham Johnson]: Mortally wounded in a battle with the Viet Cong; he dies in the back of a helicopter, while heading for a hospital whilst talking to Don Cheadle.
The Last Supper (1995) [Luke]: Poisoned, along with the rest of his friends, after Ron Perlman switches the good wine with the poisoned wine they'd planned to give him. We only see a stylized painting of Ron standing over the bodies. (Thanks to ND)
The Divide (2011) [Devlin]: Shot to death by Michael Biehn; his body is later seen when Lauren German is forced into dismembering him and flushing his body parts down a latrine (I haven’t seen the whole movie but I have seen his death scene online).
Final Destination 5 (2011) [Agent Jim Block]: Shot repeatedly in the back by Miles Fisher as Emma Bell looks on in shock. (Thanks to ND)
The Mummy (2017) [Colonel Greenway]: Stabbed to death by the possessed Jake Johnson as Tom Cruise look on in horror.

The Affair (1995) [Travis Holloway]: Executed by hanging.
The Closer: Unknown Trouble (2012) [Chief of Police Thomas Delk]: Dies of a brain aneurysm after serving less than a year in office.
American Crime Story: The Verdict (2016) [Johnnie Cochran]: Dies of cancer (off-screen) in 2005, after the events of the trial.
Grotesquerie: Unplugged (2024) [Marshall Tryon]: Playing two versions of the same character, the version of Marshall we've been seeing in Niecy Nash's mind has his life support machine turned off by John Billingsley as Niecy and Lesley Manville look on. The real Marshall survives the episode.
