Krampus (2015) [Aunt Dorothy]: Pulled out a window and dragged into the underworld by Krampus' helpers after a gang of elves tie her to a demonic jack-in-the-box with Christmas lights. (She is seen alive at the end of the film, but it is ambiguous whether she is deceased or that she is stuck in purgatory when it is shown that she is in one of numerous snow globes of families that Krampus has claimed over the years.)

Murder, She Wrote: Something Borrowed, Someone Blue (1989) [Harriet Lundgren]: Stabbed in the back (off-screen) with a meat thermometer by Betsy Palmer in the kitchen. Her body is shown afterwards in the garden after Betsy moved the body out of the kitchen.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Go Fish (1998) [Nurse Greenleigh]: Devoured by the fish creatures (the mutated members of the school swim team) after Charles Cyphers throws her into the water with them; her body is shown later when Sarah Michelle Gellar is also thrown into the water.
Teen Angel: Back to DePolo (1998) [Pam]: Dies of food poisoning (off-screen) when she eats the same six-month-old burger that was supposed to kill Mike Damus, after Mike's spirit goes back in time and prevent his own death; she appears as an angel, along with everyone else, until Mike restores the proper timeline by recreating his own death. (Played for comic effect.)
Touched by an Angel: The Medium and the Message (1999) [Irene]: Killed in an explosion (off-screen) when a terrorist blows up the bus she's riding on; we learn of her death when Roma Downey tells Alan Rosenberg.
