- Arrow: Sacrifice (2013) [Tommy Merlyn]: Impaled through the chest after being pinned under falling debris from an earthquake caused by his father (John Barrowman). He dies with Stephen Amell by his side. (He makes later appearances in the series as a hallucination and through flashbacks)
- Arrow: Crisis on Earth-X, Part 2 (2017) [Tommy Merlyn - Earth-X]: Commits suicide by swallowing a cyanide pill while speaking to Stephen Amell.
- Arrow: Starling City (2019) [Tommy Merlyn - Earth-2]: Disintegrated during the Anti-Matter's destruction of Earth-2.
