- Tales of the Unexpected: The Memory Man (1983) [Colin Mearns]: Nervously holding the bomb he has taken from the bag he has stolen from cracksman Bernard Cribbins, he is blown up when his phone rings and startles him into dropping it. (Thanks to Brian)
- King Lear (1984 TV) [Kent]: Probably commits suicide (off screen) out of loyalty to his deceased King (Laurence Olivier), stating "I have a journey, Sir, shortly to go. My master calls me, I must not say no."
