Film Deaths[]

The Starving Games (2013) [Peter Malarkey]: Shot in the chest with an arrow by Maiara Walsh, as Cody is trying to convince her to make a suicide pact instead of fighting each other. (Played for comedic effect.)
Assassination Nation (2018) [Johnny]: Shot numerous times (off-screen). His body was seen on the ground by a group of marching bands walking down into the destroyed street. However his death was shown in a deleted scene to which despite being spared Cody tried in a last attempt to kill Odessa Young, Suki Waterhouse, Hari Nef and Abra but the plan backfires and he ends up being shot to death by the women.

Teen Wolf: Apotheosis (2016) [Theo Raeken]: Dragged into hell by the tortured soul of his deceased sister. However later on in the Season 6 episode Ghosted Cody was released from Hell by Dylan Sprayberry and Victoria Moroles.

Teen Wolf: Memory Found (2017) [Theo Raeken]: Erased from existence by the Ghost Riders.
