Safe Haven (2013) [Jo]: Dies (off-screen) of cancer, some time before the story begins; she appears to Julianne Hough throughout the film, but it isn't revealed until the end that she had been a ghost all along.
Avengers: Infinity War (2018) [Maria Hill]: Disintegrated from existence by Josh Brolin’s Infinity powers while Samuel L. Jackson looks on in shock. She is later resurrected when Mark Ruffalo uses the Infinity Stones to bring all the people disintigrated out of existence back to life in Avengers: Endgame.

Smallville: Bound (2004) [Eve Andrews/Shannon Bell]: Playing a dual role, Eve is killed (off-screen) by Shannon, after Eve was having a one night stand with Michael Rosenbaum and attempted to frame him for her death. Her death is revealed when Michael and Eve's corpse is seen in bed when a hotel maid sees them. (Shannon survives the episode.)
How I Met Your Mother: Platonish (2013) [Robin Scherbatsky]: In an elaborate scenario imagined by Neil Patrick Harris, Smulders is killed in an explosion (along with Alyson Hannigan, Jason Segel and the rest of the people in the bar) when the bomb on Hannigan's chest goes off after Segel and Smulders refuse to meet the terrorists' (whom put the bomb on Hannigan) demand to make out due to their extremely platonic relationship. (Cobie survives the episode in reality). (Played for comic effect).
A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Miserable Mill Part Two (2017) [Quagmire Mother]: Burned to death (off-screen) along with Will Arnett after an unknown assailant sets fire to their mansion.
Secret Invasion: Resurrection (2023) [Maria Hill]: Shot in the stomach by Kingsley Ben-Adir, who was impersonating Samuel L. Jackson. She dies in the real Samuel's arms.
