Film Deaths:
- The Headless Ghost (1959) [The Ghost of the Fourth Earl of Ambrose]: Decapitated (presumably off-screen) many centuries in the past; he appears as a ghost throughout the movie.
- The Assassination Bureau Limited (1969) [Cesare Spado]: Accidentally poisoned by his wife (Annabella Incontrera).
- The Legend of Hell House (1973) [Lionel Barrett]: Crushed to death (off-screen) when Michael Gough's ghost causes a chandelier to fall on him; his body is shown afterwards when Gayle Hunnicutt discovers him.
- The Transformers: The Movie (1986; animated) [Kickback]: "Kickback" is jettisoned into space along with several other Decepticons after the Battle of Autobot City. He is discovered by Unicron (Orson Welles) and reformatted into a Sweep (one of Scourge's warriors).
TV Deaths:
- The New Avengers: Dead Men Are Dangerous (1977) [Mark Crayford]: Killed when the bullet inside him moves into his heart, as a result of being shot by Patrick Macnee ten years earlier (shown in the pre-credit sequence), just as Clive is about to shoot Patrick. (Thanks to Brian)
- Magnum, P.I.: I Never Wanted to Go to France, Anyway (1986) [Walter 'Inky' Gilbert]: Strangled to death (off screen) by his brother, Geoffrey Lewis; we find out when John Hillerman tells Tom Selleck.
- MacGyver: D.O.A.: MacGyver (1987) [Anthony Braddock]: Shot to death by John Pleshette and Rockne Tarkington in a warehouse, while Clive is talking to Richard Dean Anderson.
- Star Trek: The Next Generation: Qpid (1991) [Sir Guy of Gisbourne]: Stabbed with a sword by Patrick Stewart. (Thanks to Neil)
- The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest: East of Zanzibar (1996; animated) [Harpooner 2/Medical Officer]: "Harpooner 2" is possibility killed by Captain Havel (voiced by Jim Meskimen) and his crew. Although it isn't shown, we only see the tentacle swinging at him and then we hear him scream as the episode ends.
- The Closer: The Butler Did It (2005) [Albert Turner]: Strangled (off-screen) with a rope by Stephen Tobolowsky.
Video Game Deaths
- Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen - The Video Game (2009): [Jetfire]: In each console of the game, his death is different. In the Xbox 360/PS3/PC Console of the Autobot campaign, he is stabbed by Frank Welker, then Peter Cullen uses his parts to stop the Decepticons. In the Decepticon Campaign, he is killed by Frank along with Bumblebee. In the Wii/PS2 Console, he gets shot by Charlie Adler, that was meant for peter, Peter then uses his parts.
