- The Unknown Woman (La sconosciuta) (2006) [Valeria Adacher]: Dies in an off-screen crash after Michele Placido rigs her car. Her body, still in the car, is later recovered from the lake.
- John Wick: Chapter 2 (2017) [Gianna D'Antonio]: Cuts her wrists/arms vertically rather than be murdered by Keanu Reeves. For good measure, Keanu shoots her in the head afterwards in an attempt to honor his deal with Riccardo Scamarcio. (It's really not clear whether she's already dead or passed out (about to die) when Keanu shoots her). Her body is shown when Common finds her in a bathtub.
