- The Outer Limits: Lithia (1998) [Ariel]: Accidentally shot in the chest with an arrow by a female Hyacinth guard, which was originally intended for David Keith. She died in David's arms while talking to him.
- Star Trek: Voyager: Alice (1999) [Alice]: Playing the personification of an alien spacecraft, "she" is destroyed by the particle fountain while trying to enter it, after Robert Duncan McNeill is transported off of "her."

- Damien: Here Is Wisdom (2016) [Doctor Matthews]: Shot repeatedly in her chest by David Meunier in an interrogation room after she stabs his witness (Joe Doyle) to death.
- Rogue: Close to Heaven (2016) [Tilda Switzer]: Throat cut by Carlos Diaz. Her body is shown again in the next episode How to Treat Us when Sarah Carter discovers her.
