- Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery (1997) [Fembot]: Head explodes (along with the other fembots) when Mike Myers works his mojo on them. (Thanks to Noel and Stephen)
- Dead Above Ground (2002) [Kari McClure Mallory]: Mistakenly stabbed in the back with a sword by Corbin Bernsen through a door, after Josh Hammond ties her to a door. Her body is shown afterwards when Corbin opens the door and discovers it wasn't Josh behind the door. (Thanks to Stephen)
