Summary[]

The film includes 5 stories with the sinful of people which all revolve around the hand of 'R.I.P.' Tattoo as the same person.

  • 1) Braso (Arm) - Three boys (Sam Concepcion, AJ Perez and Robi Domingo) were kidnapped by frats and taken to a morgue while dressed in lingeries as part of their fraternity initiation. The boys discover a detached arm with a "R.I.P." tattoo of a corpse comes to life and is attacked by the terrorized arm after scouting around the premises. Before the gang can flee, the animated hand causes havoc.
  • 2) Paa (Feet) - While visiting the burial of her daughter's classmate, a poor mother (Jodi Sta. Maria) is nearly attacked by a rabid dog. Soon later, she discovers the ghost of a dead child on her tail, demanding vengeance after she stole the shoes of her daughter's classmate, which were amputated to death in a tragic car accident. She suffers from the ghost kid's hallucination. At the end of the ghost's haunting, she decides to burn the shoes. The mother is shown on crutches a year later, her leg amputated.
  • 3) Mata (Eye) - Rose (Maja Salvador) and her boyfriend Alvin (Rayver Cruz) were keep hanging out and stayed up all night after leaving the nightclub, but Rose didn't make it and wants to go home. However, it turns out that Alvin took the wrong road, turning left, and killed a man during road rage. Rose witnesses Alvin's crime and has experienced with a multiple deja vu of the same scenario. To get rid of her boyfriend's murder, she ultimately shoots in the Alvin's eye, killing him to stop killing the man again, especially of homeless woman. Rose returns home to find a call from her dead boyfriend, Alvin, who appears in front of her and looks to be haunting her to death. One of the scenes showed the R.I.P tattoo on the hand lighting a man's cigarette.
  • 4) Mukha (Face) - Rizza (Mariel Rodriguez) is the editor, and she has a cold attitude. After she terminated the janitor, Mang Bong, for failing to make a photocopy of the paperwork, she was forced to fire him. Later, Rizza is haunted by terrifying figures. It turns out to be Eric's spiteful prank on the late night shift employee. Rizza is furious when she learns of this. Eric gets a call from Mang Bong, who has committed suicide by jumping and falling into the building. Meanwhile, Rizza enters the elevator and is attacked by the spirit of Mang Bong, who screams violently, "You're Fired!" Rizza is unaware that the real ghost is behind her inside the elevator. At the end, Eric finds Rizza inside the elevator, where she is traumatized by the ghost, then she goes insane over Mang Bong's death, and lives to regret it. Another scene occurred during the janitor's suicide, when an employee who was waiting outside purchased a balut from a man whose hand wore the R.I.P. Tattoo.
  • 5) Puso (Heart) - Emily is a circus woman (Pokwang) with a unflattering face who uses Elvis' (Zanjoe Marudo) love potion, who works in the carnival's horror house. When the potion was successful. However, it turns out that Elvis was stabbed to death by a crazed audience member. At night, hell breaks loose at the carnival. Elvis transforms into the undead and chases Emily, killing everybody who stands in his way, including his own girlfriend, Emily's godmother, and a gay friend. After escaping from the clutches of Elvis, he is thrown to the ground and buried; however, when Emily cuts off Elvis's arm, it comes back to life, causing Emily to have a heart attack and snap to death. In the first half of the film "Braso," the same man shows the arm. Elvis is also shown to be the one who has the R.I.P. tattoo on his arm.
