- Nowhere to Hide (1987) [Sgt. Mike Watson]: Killed in an explosion when Maury Chaykin & Geza Kovacs run his car off the road.
- Death Wish V: The Face of Death (1994) [Sal Paconi]: Slides into a large grinder after Charles Bronson shoots him in the chest, as Chuck was about to throw a knife at Charles.
- The Day After Tomorrow (2004) [Gen. Pierce]: Presumably dies (off-screen, possibly frozen) when the motorcade gets trapped in a snowdrift during evacuation. (we don't see what happens to him, but it's shown that he was evacuating with the President (Perry King), who perished).
- Saving Emily (2004) [Russo]: Shot dead by Michael Riley as he is attempting to kill him and Alexandra Paul.
- Clown (2014) [Walt]: Jaw torn off by Andy Powers.
