Alien 3 (1992) [Thomas Murphy]: Chopped up by an air vent after having acid spit into his face by the alien, blinding him and causing him to fall down a steep hallway towards the vent.
Jack the Giant Slayer (2013) [Uncle]: Dies off-screen naturally through the passage of time at the end of the movie.
Hercules (2014) [Gryza]: Hacked with a sword by Dwayne Johnson off-screen. The scene ends just as Dwayne is about to kill him.
Writers Retreat (2015) [Nigel]: Details needed.
Lady Macbeth (2017) [Boris]: Given poisoned food by Florence Pugh.
The Show (2020) [Patsy Bleeker]: Shot in the eye with a steel ball from a slingshot by Tom Burke, while Christopher is holding Siobhán Hewlett hostage. He appears as a spirit afterwards when he arrives in the afterlife and is brought before Alan Moore.

Taboo 1.6 (2017) [Ibbotson]: Beaten to death off-screen by Tom Hardy. He is found in the Church Confessional with his tongue cut out for having betrayed Tom. In a previous scene, Tom had given a tongue to Tom Hollander.
Sherwood: Episode 1.04 (2022) [Bill Raggett]: Commits suicide by shooting himself in the head.
Andor: Nobody's Listening! (2022) [Ulaf]: After he unexpectedly collapses from exhaustion, Christopher is euthanised with an injection by Adrian Rawlins, who explains that he suffered from a stroke while he was working. While Christopher is being injected, Diego Luna and Andy Serkis remain by his side.
