- Starship Troopers (1997) [Mr. Rico]: Killed (off-screen) in the aliens' attack on Buenos Aires. We see him on a video-phone transmission to Casper Van Dien, reacting to the noise as the attack begins before the transmission is cut off.
- Sully (2016) [Rob Kolodjay]: Incinerated when the plane he's on crashes into a building as Tom Hanks and Aaron Eckhart attempt to return to Laguradia airport (The crash was only Hanks' nightmare and He survives the movie in reality (Although The real Rob Kolodjay died two months after the film's release)).
