Savage Weekend (1976/9) [Nicky]. Stabbed in the head by Jeff Pomerantz.
Dead & Buried (1981) [George Le Moyne/Freddie]: Stabbed in the eye with a needle by Lisa Blount (posing as a nurse) in his hospital room, after having earlier been severely burned by Lisa and the other zombie townspeople when they set him on fire. He later appears as a zombie himself, after Jack Albertson reanimates him.
To Live and Die in L.A. (1985) [Max Waxman]: Shot in the head by Willem Dafoe (off-screen) after being shot in the crotch; we only see Willem fire his gun
The Sweeper (1996) [Grubb]: Killed by mobsters/corrupt cops.

Special Bulletin (1983) [Steven Levitt]: Killed by a nuclear bomb.
Matlock: The Fighter (1990) [Nick Underwood]: Shot to death (off-screen) by Wanda De Jesus; his body is seen in his bungalow when a maid discovers him.
Silverfox (1991 TV) [Tom]: Killed by assassins.
The X-Files: Lazarus (1994) [Agent Jack Willis]: Shot by Jason Schombing during a shootout, he later comes back to life possessed by Jason's spirit and dies once again of diabetic shock after shooting Cec Verrell in the stomach.
Silk Stalkings: Freudian Slip (1994) [Dr. Robin Anthony]: Shot by Rob Estes and fell off the terrace of his mansion after aiming his gun at Mitzi Kapture.
Walker Texas Ranger: Texas vs. Cahill (1997) [Tony Seville]: Shot and killed (off-screen). Sheree J. Wilson was awaken and finds out that Tony was found dead on her bedside and there was a gun on her hand. She was framed. It shows on the videotape in court, that there's a murderer Robert Forster has shot and killed Tony Seville 2 times.
