Final Destination (2000) [Blake Dreyer]: Killed in an explosion (along with everybody else on the plane) when the plane blows up shortly after take-off; we see the explosion from inside the terminal after Devon Sawa and the others are forced off the plane.

Sanctuary: End of Nights, Part 2 (2009) [Clara Griffin]: Killed off-screen by the Cabal's super abnormals. As she seen later found dead on a floor naked after transformed back from her invisible form when her body was covered on a wrapped sheet by Robin Dunne.
Fear Itself: Chance (2009) [Jackie]: Stabbed to death by the possessed Ethan Embry; her body is shown afterwards when Ethan discovers her and her death is shown in a flashback when Ethan remembers what happened.
Fringe: Northwest Passage (2010) [Krista Manning]: Kidnapped and murdered by a dairy farm owner because she rejected him. Her body is seen again during the autopsy.
The Man in the High Castle: Sunrise (2015) [Laura Crothers]: Killed in a gas chamber (along with Callum Seagram Airlie and Carmen Mikkelsen) off-screen under the orders of Joel de la Fuente. Their bodies are shown in the episode The Illustrated Woman when they are presented to Rupert Evans for identification.
Supernatural: Carry On (2020) [Jenny]: Decapitated from her behind with a machete by Jared Padalecki.
Dead Boy Detectives: The Case of the Devlin House (2024) [Stacey Devlin]: Hacked to death with an axe, along with Hannah Bos and Audrey Mallett, by her husband (Jason Deline), several years before the episode's premise. Their ghosts are forced to relive the moment of their deaths, as discovered by George Rexstrew, Jayden Revri and Kassius Nelson when they investigate the haunted house.
