• The Addams Family (1991) [Wednesday Addams]: Stabbed in the throat with a sword by Jimmy Workman in a play-within-the-film sequence with a comically exaggerated amount of stage blood. (Thanks to Tal)

• Small Soldiers (1998) [Gwendy Dolls]: Providing the voices of several dolls brought to life by the Commando Elite, most of them are smashed into pieces with a golf club by Kirsten Dunst.

• Bless the Child (2000) [Cheri Post]: Decapitated (off-screen) by members of Rufus Sewell's cult in a subway station; her body is shown sitting at a shoeshine stand afterwards, just before her head falls off. (Thanks to Kreeper and Brett)

• The Gathering (2002) [Cassie Grant]: Shot to death while protecting Harry Forrester; she returns as a spirit afterwards. (Thanks to Jenn)

• After.Life (2009) [Anna Taylor]: Buried alive by Liam Neeson, after an elaborate ruse in which Liam convinces her that she's already dead and in the afterlife. (Thanks to Alan)

• Teen Titans: The Judas Contract (2017; animated, video) [Tara Markov/Terra]: Crushed to death in a rock avalanche after she looses control of her powers while trying to kill Deathstroke (Miguel Ferrer), she dies from her injuries in Beast Boy's (Brandon Soo Hoo) arms after he digs her out.
