Her body (along with that of her partner) is shown afterwards when Bill Pullman investigates the crime scene at the beginning of the movie, and the murder itself is shown in flashback later on. - Dexter: Dex Takes a Holiday (2009) [Officer Zoey Kruger]: Stabbed in the chest by Michael C. Hall after he drugs her and binds her to a table with plastic wrap. (Thanks to Stephen)
