- The Hurt Locker (2009) [Colonel John Cambridge]: Killed in an explosion by a remotely detonated bomb.
- Europa Report (2013) [Daniel Luxembourg]: Either drowns or is killed by an alien creature (off-screen) after he falls through ice while trying to repair his spaceship.
Television Deaths[]
- Dexter: Born Free (2006) [Brian Moser a.k.a. Rudy Cooper]: Throat slit by his brother (Michael C. Hall) after Michael straps Christian into Christian's own suspension apparatus (in order to stop them murdering their foster sister Jennifer Carpenter); Michael then activates the apparatus to turn Christian upside-down and speed the flow of blood, and arranges the scene to make it look as though Christian committed suicide. His body is shown again afterwards as C.S. Lee and Lauren Velez investigate the scene.
- Haven: Lay Me Down (2013) [Wade Crocker]: Stabbed to death by his brother (Eric Balfour).
- House of Cards: Chapter 32 (2015) [Michael Corrigan]: Commits suicide by hanging himself with Robin Wright's scarf while in his cell. Robin (who fell asleep in Christian's cell after not getting enough sleep) wakes up and finds him hanging.
