A Bay of Blood (Reazione a catena; Twitch of the Death Nerve; Antefatto Carnage; Last House on the Left Part 2) (1971) [Frank Ventura]: Stabbed to death with a knife (off-screen) by Luigi Pistilli during a struggle in the house. We see the blade come down, followed by a shadowy figure standing. (because of the darkness, we can't tell whether it was Chris or Luigi who was killed until the following scene of Luigi talking to Claudine Auger).
The Slasher (Rivelazioni di un maniaco sessuale al capo della squadra mobile; So Sweet So Dead) (1972) [Professor Casali]: Shot in the chest by Farley Granger after Chris kills Sylva Koscina in Farley and Sylva's home. (Farley arrived in time to witness the attack, but delibertely waited until Chris had killed her before taking action).
The Violent Professionals (Milano trema: la polizia vuole giustizia) (1973) [DelBuono]: Shot to death in broad daylight while walking down the streets by a hitman.
