- It Waits (2005) [Evelyn Nash]: Mauled to death off-camera by the demon monster (Matt Jordon) in the forest. We see her scream as the creature attacks and the camera cuts away to show blood spatter on a tree. Her bloodied body is shown later hanging in the ranger station where it is found by the park rangers.
- Goblin (2010) [Bea Milgreen]: Choked to death, along with Andrew Wheeler, by Roy Campsall.
- Suspension (2015) [Vera Miller]: Stabbed in stomach by Barry Nerling; this turns out to be Ellen MacNevin’s dream sequence. (Chilton survives the movie in reality)

- Highlander: The Series: The Innocent (1995) [Helen Wells]: Accidentally suffocated by Pruitt Taylor Vince, while Pruitt is trying to shut her up when she gets hysterical after Callum Keith Rennie kills her husband (Philip Maurice Hayes).
- Supernatural: Croatoan (2006) [Beverly Tanner]: Shot to death by Jensen Ackles.
- Once Upon a Time: Knightfall (2017) [Hilda Braeburn/Blind Witch]: Stabbed in the neck by Nathan Parsons.
