Synopsis[]
In Chicago, Illinois, a serial killer by the name of Charles Lee Ray (Brad Dourif) is mortally shot in the chest by detective Mike Norris (Chris Sarandon) at a local toy store. However, before dying, Ray finds boxes of "Good Guy" dolls and performs a voodoo ritual to transfer his soul into one of the dolls, causing the store to burn down.
