- 'Tis Pity She's a Whore (1980) [Annabella]: Presumably stabbed to death by her brother (Kenneth Graham), who then cuts her heart out. (I haven't seen this version, but I've seen Charlotte Rampling's death in the 1971 version.)
- Oliver Twist (1982) [Nancy]: Presumably beaten to death by Tim Curry. (I haven't seen this version but I'm familar with the story).
- Praying Mantis (1982) [Beatrice Manceau]: Reportedly hit by a truck when she runs across the road in panic, we only see her screaming just before the impact. (Thanks to Cryptic)
- Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (1994) [Victor's Mother]: Dies in childbrith (off-screen); her body is shown afterwards when her son (Kenneth Branagh) comes into the room.
