  • Prince Regent: Milk and Honey (1979) [Princess Charlotte]: Dies of blood loss after giving birth to her son.
  • Tis Pity She's a Whore (1980 TV movie) [Annabella]: Stabbed to death by her brother (Kenneth Cranham), who then cuts her heart out. Cherie was pregnant at the time of her death, consequently, her unborn child also died. (See also Charlotte Rampling in the 1971 version.)
  • Oliver Twist (1982 TV) [Nancy]: Presumably beaten to death by Tim Curry. (I haven't seen this version but I'm familiar with the story).
  • Praying Mantis (1983 TV movie) [Beatrice Manceau]: Hit by a truck when she runs across the road in panic, we only see her screaming just before the impact. (Thanks to Cryptic)
  • Ruth Rendell Mysteries: Put on by Cunning (1990) [Natalie Arno]: Strangled (off-screen) by Vincenzo Nicoli. Her body is shown when George Baker and Christopher Ravenscroft discover it in a steamer trunk.
  • Little White Lies (1998) [Julia]: Leaps off a balcony to her death while Tara Fitzgerald watches in horror.
  • Midsomer Murders: The Green Man (2003) [Lillian Webster]: Shot in the head by Jamie Thomas King.
  • Apparitions: Episode 6 (2008) [Woman]: Burned alive after she's thrown on to a set of candles by Martin Shaw as she tries to kill Siobhan Finneran, her burned body is seen later as Martin and Siobhan talk about her.
