Stage Fright (2014) [Whitney]: Stabbed in the face with many nails (off-screen) by Douglas Smith in the dressing room (creating a visual parody of Doug Bradley's "Pinhead" character from the Hellraiser series). Her body is shown afterwards when Ephraim Ellis discovers her, and again later on when Allie MacDonald discovers both Chelsey and Ephraim.
