As a professional stunt performer, Chelsea has probably "died" in place of several other actresses, though I don't know any specific examples.

Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning (2012) [Character name unknown]: Shot in her stomach (with exit wound through her back) by Andrei Arlovski with a shotgun sending her flying back into a wall and then falling back onto a bed, after she shoots at Andrei in an attempt to defend herself from Andrei's killing spree and as a distraction for Dolph Lundgren.
Kristy (2014) [Dead Girl/Heather Price]: Chased through the woods and throat slit by a group of killers, who then carve the letter K into her face. Her body is seen lying in a field as a news broadcat voiceover mentions that she has gone missing. The chase/murder is interspersed throughout the opening credits along with scenes of other murders.

City Homicide: Rage (2009) [Kate Stokes]: Shot in the chest and head during a home invasion.
Ghost Shark (2013; TV movie) [Car Wash Girl]: Killed (off-screen) by a supernatural shark that can attack on land if there is water. We see the start of the attack as she is dragged off-screen and blood splatters on the car's windshield.
American Horror Story: Coven: Head (2013) [Witch]: Shot in the head with a silver bullet by Michael Cristofer after she shoots fire at him and his son who were out hunting witches.
Zoo: Murmuration (2015) [Terrified Mother]: Killed by a flock of birds while Anastasia Griffith and Madison Wolfe watch in shock.
