Film Deaths:[]
- AVPR: Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007) [Darcy Benson]: Killed in an explosion,along with everybody else left in the town, when the military drops a nuclear bomb on the city to contain and cover up the alien invasion. (Thanks to Liz)
- Alien Trespass (2009) [Betsy's Mother]: Consumed off screen along with her daughter (Dayna Reid) by the alien monster. The little girl had been trying to tell her that a monster was in the yard and when it turned visible and attacked the camera cuts away with Chelah screaming. The creature reduces them to a small puddle of goo and their remains are shown later.
- Altitude (2010) [Mrs. Taylor]: Killed in a plane crash (along with Ian Robison and Michelle Harrison) when another plane collides with the plane that Chelah is onboard. Her death is later undone when a future version of her son (Landon Liboiron) goes back in time and prevents his plane from crashing into Chelah's.
- The Cabin in the Woods (2012) [Demo Girl]: Either killed by the monsters as they run amok in the facility, or killed along with everybody else on Earth when the Ancient Ones rise and destroy the world. (I'm not entirely certain where Chelah was in all the chaos; I think she might be the woman who shoots herself in the head when trapped by the monsters, but I'm not sure.)
TV Deaths:[]
- The Evidence: Five Little Indians (2006) [Ivy Beckman]: Shot in the chest and head by Zak Santiago while she's jogging on the beach; the scene cuts away after the first shot, but the murder is later shown in flashback. Her body is shown afterwards at the crime scene and in the morgue. (Thanks to Luis)
- Nightmare (2007; TV Movie) [Molly's Mother]: Killed in a car accident (off-screen) when she falls asleep while driving (due to the power of the dream-spirit). She only appears in the opening prologue sequence, and in Haylie Duff's dreams and flashbacks.
- Iron Invader (Iron Golem, Metal Shifters) (2011; TV Movie) [Deputy Jenny]: Killed when the alien bacteria consumes all the iron in her body, when the contaminated metal touches her as she mourns over Paul McGillion. (Thanks to Stephen)
- Arrow: Streets of Fire (2014) [Kate Spencer]: Neck snapped by one of Manu Bennett's thugs. (Thanks to Vladnos)
- Hell on Wheels: GAMBIT (2016) [Margaret Palmer]: Shot in her chest by Andrew Howard when Colm Meaney tried stop him. Colm Meaney held her hand while she was dying.
- The 100: Red Sun Rising (2019) [Simone Lightbourne I]: Killed with an axe by her husband (Sean Maguire), while he was under the influence of the red sun eclipse, several hundred years before the events of the episode; Sean and Ian Pala eventually manage to restore her consciousness thanks to a chip in her head and transfer it to another body.
- The Man in the High Castle: Fire from the Gods (2019) [Helen Smith]: Sacrificed herself in a train crash caused by Alexa Davalos, Jason O'Mara, and other members of the resistance in an attempt to kill Chelah's husband (Rufus Sewell). Her body is later found by Rufus after the crash.
