- Set It Off (1996) [Stevie]: Accidentally shot by police officers who thought Chaz was carrying a gun when it is really a champagne bottle.
Television Deaths[]
- Luke Cage: On and On (2018) [Raymond "Piranha" Jones]: Decapitated, off-screen, by Mustafa Shakir, who places it into a piranha tank. Chaz's severed head is later discovered by Mike Colter and Simone Missick, while they are searching for Mustafa.
- The Blacklist: Brothers (2020) [Detective Tommy Markin]: Bludgeoned to death with a Shovel by Angus O'Brien shortly after being shot by Jack Alcott when Jack tried to make Chaz to admit his part on Chad Ackerman's murder, this happened in 1995.
