Carlson]: After being struck in the head by a meteorite that leaves particles lodged in his brain that transforms him ito a monster (played by Joe Blasco) Chase is killed when he is shot with an arrow who's head was fashioned out of the same meteorite by Gregorio Sala causing his systems to overload and burn him away into nothingess.
