- Friday the 13th: The Series: Read My Lips (1988) [Bernie Bell]: Stabbed in the chest by the ventriloquist dummy (Ed Gale/Danny Mann), when Chas tries to convince John Byner to get rid of the dummy. His severed head is later shown in a refrigerator when John D. LeMay discovers it.
- Friday the 13th: Stick it in Your Ear (1989) [Phil]: Dies of a cerebral hemorrhage when Wayne Best uses the cursed hearing aid to project all the thoughts Wayne had accumulated into Chas' mind (preventing the thoughts from killing him). His body is later seen stuffed in a couch when Louise Robey, Steve Monarque, and Chris Wiggins discover him.
