- Vacation (2015) [Chad]: Presumably mauled to death (off-screen) by a bear after he falls down a waterfall on a raft in an attempt to commit suicide. All we see is a picture of him surfacing from the river only to be confronted by the bear in the credits. (Played for comedic effect.)
- Hotel Artemis (2018) [Acapulco]: Head crushed in a 3D printer by Sterling K. Brown after he attempts to kill Sterling and Sofia Boutella.
- Fool's Paradise (2023) [Latte Pronto/Sir Bingsley]: Playing two rules, "Sir Binglsey" dies from accidentally hanging himself while trying to rehearse a hanging scene through method acting/have an autoerotic asphyxiation induced orgasm; his death is revealed when Ray Liotta informs the crew of the film Charlie's working on. (Latte Pronto survives the film) (Played for comedic effect.)

- It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia; Dee Reynolds: Shaping America's Youth (2010) [Charlie Kelly/Police Chief/Goon #1/Goon #2]: In the film within the episode Lethal Weapon 5, "Goon #1's" neck is snapped by Glenn Howerton's feet as Charlie is trying to shock him with a stun gun. "Goon #2" falls to his death being kicked out a second story window by Glenn, where he is run over by a car. (Charlie Kelly and Police Chief survive the episode.) (Played for comedic effect.)
- It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia; The Gang Saves The Day (2013) [Charlie Kelly]: In a fantasy sequence, Charlie is shot (along with Glenn Howerton, Danny DeVito and Rob McElhenney) by Kaitlin Olson. (Charlie survives the episode in reality.) (Played for comedic effect.)
- It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia; The Gang Makes Lethal Weapon 6 (2013) [Charlie Kelly/Police Chief/Goon]: In the film within the episode Lethal Weapon 6, "Goon" is shot in the chest by Rob McElhenney. (Charlie Kelly and Police Chief survive the episode.) (Played for comedic effect.)
- It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia; The Gang Turns Black (2017) [Charlie Kelly]: Shot to death by the police, when he lifts his toy train into the air, with the police mistaking the train for a gun and shooting him. For undefined reasons, Charlie is seen as AJ Hudson to the police and everyone else in the world. However, it is revealed that this is all been a dream that Wil Garret was having, and Charlie survives the episode in reality.
