- Heads (1994 TV) [Betty Jo]: Decapitated (off-screen) with a machete by Ed Asner; her body is shown lying in a field afterwards when Jon Cryer arrives at the scene while the police investigate. (There is also a subsequent dream sequence in which her head suddenly falls off while Jon is kissing her).
