- Angel: You're Welcome (2004) [Cordelia Chase]: Dies (off-screen) in the hospital after being in a coma; she spends most of the episode visiting with David Boreanaz after supposedly "awakening" from her coma, but it's revealed towards the episode's end that she's been a ghost all along.
